In the past week we have been issues with Outlook 2013 and 2016 clients. Some have called in stating that Outlook is slow and or freezes up. I may self have been having issues with the address book when in online mode and not cached. I have also noticed that when I try to add a users mailbox profile to Outlook it will sit there for up to 10 minutes trying and then error out. This function I have always been able to do with 2013 and started having this issue the past week. I have a ticket open with Microsoft but I still have not heard a response since Monday when I opened it with a 2 hour call back response. I am not sure if its a client side issue or Exchange side issue, I have looked at the Exchange box and nothing in the logs shows any flags and not all users are seeing the issues. Some machines have recent updates and others don't. Some are on WIn 7 and some are on Win 10. If there is anything else I can look at that would be greatly appreciated. I am not ruling out the Network but I need some real evidence before going to that team since its not located to one area and nothing has changed on the server side of things.
