PaloAlto firewall set up

Hi All,
I have been asked to setup web filtering on our firewall in hopes of eradicating our Symantec web filtering. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to do this or what my first steps should be?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Take a class from the firewall's manufacturer in how to use it.  If they don't offer user training then switch to a different firewall, the manufacturer of which does offer user training.

You could hire this job done but afterward you'd be unable to maintain the new configuration.  When it's 8 AM and packets are not going through it's good to do your own support immediately instead of flying somebody in tomorrow afternoon.

After some hands-on experience in a classroom with an instructor backing you up, where to go next should be somewhat clearer.
