Installing visualstudio for fedora dependencies

I'm attempting to install Visualstudio Code for Linux  on a standalone (No internet connection) Fedora 12 PC
Version / file name code-1.33.0-1554390950.el7.x86_64.rpm
OS Fedora 12 (Constantine)
Kernel Linux

I'm getting dependency errors

Any ideas if this is the correct version & where to get these and any other dependencies?

I looked Here but couldn't tell which version I needed

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you know if these have dependencies?

not sure, it could be but then you can search for those also. It can be a pain but that's basically what you have to do if you have no internet connection.
