Hi, when exactly does this error message show up? Did the user try to create a new project from the &quot;Project Home&quot; page where they can see their favorites? If yes, then please check the following:<br />
- The &quot;New&quot; command always tries to create a new PWA (Project Web App = Project Online) project in the default &quot;PWA&quot; site i.e. <a href="https://" rel="ugc nofollow">https://</a>&lt;your company&gt;.SharePoint.com/si<wbr />tes/pwa<br />
However this &quot;PWA&quot; is rarely used or even doesn't exist at all. If it exists, the user needs to be added as a user to this site collection with a &quot;Project Online Professional&quot; (or higher) subscription AND membership to &quot;Project Managers&quot; (or higher) in the Server Settings.<br />

However this "PWA" is rarely used or even doesn't exist at all. If it exists, the user needs to be added as a user to this site collection with a "Project Online Professional" (or higher) subscription AND membership to "Project Managers" (or higher) in the Server Settings.
