Open control panel and go to the credential manager, here is where password vault is for passwords. Delete all the entries for outllook and Microsoft office. &nbsp; Often when the user password expires he has to create a new password which is stored in the vault and it conflicts with a &nbsp;previous entry in the vault.

The funny thing I don't see a Credentials for this User for MS Outlook listed in the Credentials Manager. &nbsp;<br />

It may be just the office you need to delete those as well, even if MS outlook is not shown in credential manager. The Information is added automatically when you create passwords in a Microsoft office product, mainly MS Oulook. &nbsp;Each version of office may add credentials to the vault differently. If you do not see anything MS office or outlook related, then it definitely is not a old password that is stored in the vault something else is causing the problem. If the your company uses MS exchange server to store all your company's email then you can delete the user's profile and recreate it, It will download the OST file from the server and recreate the user's outlook profile. No email or folder structures will be lost as that information will come from the exchange server.

I deleted the Profile and it recreate to OST, but it never created a new MS office or Outlook related key within the Credential Manager.<br />
His is empty. &nbsp;I manually created the key in hoped that would resolved it, but it didn't.

Yes the user has an Iphone. &nbsp;I will check to see if the user password has been changed recently.<br />

If it hasn't, I will reset the user password and see what happens. <br />

I have a user that when ever he logs in to his computer for the first time in the morning, Outlook is always asking for his credentials. &nbsp;However, his emails would work fine all day, but as soon as he logs in the next morning, he is asked again for his credentials.<br />

We have Outlook 2010 and it's used with Outlook 365 Online.<br />

Outlook keeps asking for user credentials every first time a user opens Outlook.
