Powerpoint 2013 is missing the Screen Recording

Powerpoint 2013 is missing the Screen Recording

I have noticed that Powerpoint 2013 is missing the Screen Recording.
Powerpoint 2016 has it right after the install.

Any help on this ?

I have PowerPoint 2013 here and its under the Insert tab on the right hand side.

File > Options > Customise Ribbon > 

Left Column: Choose Commands from :  Commands Not in the Ribbon
Right Column: Customise the Ribbon : All Tabs

Check if 'Screen Recording' is available on the left column (arranged alphbetically)
On the right column browse through to Insert>Media

Click on Media to highlight then the "New Group" button at the bottom of the column
Rename the New Group to "Screen Recording"

Highlight "Screen Recording" in the left hand column and use "Add >>>" to place it on your Ribbon going forward.
