rreg fails

These errors mean exactly what they say.

Define your missing "A" records + looks like all will be well.

Remove 127.0.0.1 from the DNS server list on the nic.  You only need the private IP of the DC listed there.  Test again.

removed 127.0.0.1 from dns nic. Fixed the A records missing but now getting

Looks good.  Please screenshot the name servers for _msdcs.mbg.local in properties of the zone

Have you already rebooted the DC since making the most recent changes?

yes, Still same results
I removed the _msdcs.mbg.local zone and recreated it. Upon recreation the _ladp changed to ed527142-f7f0-4d35-9b08-cb94b4028f44.domains._msdcs.mbg.local for domains. When I ran dcdiag /v /test:dns it was still looking for the old domain 58fb4c21-00b4-4414-a432-ea7019ec1f23.domains._msdcs.mbg.local. So I created a folder under domains for the old domain listing and now I am back the way I was on dcdiag. But I have 2 listings for domains under _msdcs.mbg.local.
