Options for online backup of data files
I have a customer who wants "online backup". I understand that this topic is huge - I need help narrowing down the options so I can give her two or three choices that make sense.
Question: Apart from Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive, what is there to say in simple, layman's-terms language, about options for online backup of data files?
In a minute I'll post a related question about file synchronization. Maybe it should be the same question.

Comments from MLV CM and Sajid have been very helpful. I like Crashplan.
I may leave this question open for another day or so to see who else might weigh in.

If cost is a major factor, especially if the quantity of data to back up is large, take a look at Carbonite. It may take a while for the initial backup, but sometimes it is an excellent choice.
I think the workstation version runs $65/year for unlimited storage. I've set it up in a server-based network where data first gets backed up to an inexpensive local PC (pulled by the PC) with a large hard drive, then Carbonite backs it up from there. This gives another local backup as well as getting it to Carbonite and is fairly inexpensive.

I would also take security and backup policy into consideration.

Thanks madunix.
The ownership of the data can not be transferred, so the company absolutely needs its own documented policy. The SLA and the policy should be aligned, so know your provider, understand where the lines are drawn, and plan accordingly.
