Are you adding the IP address as a secondary address on the same NIC/port or are you adding the IP address on a different NIC/port? I'm saying NIC if its a 1 port NIC, and port if its a 2 or 4 port NIC.
Does the new IP address need only LAN access within the same VLAN? Try adding the IP address on the secondary NIC or port (assuming that's what you're doing), and remove the default gateway. Does the Xenapp applications still run on the clients?

1- this is haas so it's on the cloud
2- so no switch or router to configure
3- yes i use another NIC for this
also i found that if i removed the secondary ip from DNS=>Properties=>interface s=>listen on the xenapp applications working without any problems but i need the DNS to operate in this ip as DNS
yes the second NIC or IP need internet access

in DHCP you can add additional scopes.
The managed switches and router can then be configured with the new SCope (IP helper, DHCP relay agent)
create a routing rule on the router to allow those on the other segment access to this one.....
are you thinking of bringing up two IPs on the same system? This needs to be viewed in the context of your network setup, VLANs?
The definition of the feed will need to make sure it includes both ..... segments, trunk ...
