Automap Mailbox to Outlook - Office 365
Hi, i need to auto map a mailbox for 2 users so when they open outlook they will see this users mailbox. We use office 365 for email.

If you use a newer Outlook version, and you assign full mailbox rights of this extra mailbox to these 2 users, when these 2 users open Outlook, they'll automatically have their own mailbox, AND the extra user mailbox.

Please provide steps, using Outlook 2016.
They both this users mailbox added to their Outlook, trying to do this on the backend without bothering them.

ok just follow the instructions on the links I provided you and either option will work. also just a note, it could take an hour or more to automap the mailbox just fyi...
