Skype not sending sound from laptop built-in microphone. works fine when external mic/camera plugged in
When she tries to skype, she can hear them, but they can’t hear her
In skype settings, it shows that the mic is working--the bar moves when you tap the built-in microphone on the laptop
In skype settings, it tests fine using their test tool--it records my voice and plays back test
It works fine if she is docked (Logitech camera) OR if you move the Logitech camera to the undocked laptop
Sound settings seem fine—again, even in skype settings, it shows microphone signal when you talk
Its just not sending her sound out thru skype using the built in mic

will try--but the mic does work...just not when talking in Skype
it tests fine otherwise
it tests fine otherwise
Try that and see.
You can also uninstall, restart, and reinstall Skype but that is a long shot.
Make sure the user is speaking directly into the microphone. I had a recent Skype meeting with my computer here, two of us and three on the other end. We had to get close and speak clearly into the computer microphone, but the other end could here if we did that.
