I did what you suggested David and it does not work for the next time I open a link from outlook or a saved internet shortcut in a folder. Please help.

I believe you. But it does not do that. I uninstalled chrome and reinstalled it and no luck. Do You Think Having EXTENSIONS can cause me to have all these problems.
