Why dont you simply create an email address policy? You should have one created if you are in Hybrid, just make sure that it applies to all recipients.

Hey Vasil, yes, that stamps it in there fine but not for those that have custom settings, such as name changes due to divorce or marriage etc, by unselecting the email address policy on their mailboxes.
