Can you create multiple privilege accounts with different passwords on a Cisco IOS?

yes but you will need to create the corresponding aaa statements

Is it possible to have to Enabled Secret passwords?
I am novice when it comes to IOS.  Would you be able to give me an example or a link to apply this?

I have a manage service  helping with my network hardware and I am looking to create a new privilege account so for easy removal I can delete the account.
Experts Exchange has (a) saved my job multiple times, (b) saved me hours, days, and even weeks of work, and often (c) makes me look like a superhero! This place is MAGIC!

That works.  To be honest, I'd look into TACACs to back your credentials.  Cost you a bit more time and money but it'll save you tons of both going forward.
