Cannot access 1 share from 1 WIndows 7 Pro pc- Windows AD environment

Hello. I have 1 Windows 7 Pro pc in a WIndows domain. We have folders shared on Server 2008 R2. On this 1 pc, no users can see contents in 1 share, which of course is a top-level Users share. 2 domain admins can open the folder but see nothing in it. I can get in using the admin share D$ for the drive and see all content. We have disjoined and rejoined the domain. I don't know what tools to use to troubleshoot something like this. The folder is accessible from other pc's.

Are you having this issue on the "1 pc" that you mentioned that was having issues with accessing shares other than the one that you are talking about. (Can the PC access other shares normally?)
Make sure under "Advanced sharing settings" in the network and sharing setting, that under domain "Turn on file and printer sharing" and "Turn on network discovery in enabled"

If this is suppose to be controlled by group policies, make sure that computer is moved to the correct OU.
Remember that when you are configuring an SMB share on a windows machine that you have to set up the Access Control Lists on the directory as well as the "Share Permissions" to allow access to the appropriate users.

On the computer, go to the network settings, and use a connection specific DNS suffix which should be the name of your domain. This suffix should be added by default when someone joins a domain. It seems like you may be missing this.
