The problem is happening because there are two problems with the data.<br />

<ul>
<li>Between rows 3112 and 4789 there are no week numbers in column 'B'. I fixed that.</li>
<li>Between rows 3112 and 4789 there are no ORD values. I don't know how to fix that.</li>
</ul>

So now the data doesn't repeat, but it's blank because there's no ORD values.<br />
