AppV Client Error When Submitting AppV Reporting Data
We have recently installed AppV Reporting to a new server and are receiving errors when submitting reports.
Using powershell we use the command:
We get the error:
The appv reporting database is hosted on a SQL 2016 AAG and the appv reporting server computer account has db_owner rights to the database.
Within the client machine event logs we get the error:
There are no event logs logged on the server itself.
The followiong article describes our issue but does not appear to have a solution:

The AppV reporting service seems to be a simple IIS website that accepts, processes and then inserts the data into the database, it doesn't appear to be anything overly complex, but the lack of server side reports is making it difficult to identify what the issue is.
Any support would be much appreciated.
Using powershell we use the command:
Send-AppvClientReport -DeleteOnSuccess -URL http://sharedapps01:5558/ -Verbose
We get the error:
Send-AppvClientReport : No reporting data has been sent to the specified URL. Verify the URL and try again.
Operation attempted: Send reporting data to reporting server.
AppV Error Code: 1300000013.
Please consult AppV Client Event Log for more details.

Hi RAFA,
Thank you for responding.
I did come across this site when I was trying to find support resources and I believe I do have all the required prerequisites installed.
