Got a qnap storage device- nas
Suddenly it just got stuck with “system booting “ message. Cannot ping it through IP address so can’t access web interface
- tried pressing the reset button, stiill no luck. Shows same message “system booting”
- normally the Manual says, If reset buttton presses for 3 seconds, there will be beep sound. No sound either when I press reset button.
Any ways to make it start as normal ?? I removed all disks from the nas, so it does not damage any data.

1 - Force power off the NAS pressing the power button for 10 secs
2 - Remove the hard drives (remembering the order)
3 - Power on the NAS
4 - This time, without hard drives, the NAS starts. Interestingly, no error is logged.
5 - Power off the NAS normally
6 - Reinsert the hard drives preserving the order
7 - Power on the NAS
8 - The NAS starts and all the data is accessible.
Your nas has a HDMI port, try connecting it to monitor and check.
it just comes as "system booting"
think there is some software issue. any way to update firmwares or anyhting else ?? ? any ideas

Tried connecting with hdmi, no display or nothing on monitor . Looking for another hdmi cable to make sure cables aren't faulty
tried connecting to monitor. no display or signale. it just says " system booting" contacted qnap support- they told it could be hardware faulty.
so planned to get a new NAS.
