Shouldn't be impossible. If you enter the web interface for those phones, you could configure multiple SIP accounts (that model of Grandsteam can be configured for up to 6 SIP accounts). You could configure their extensions as remote extensions on at least 2 of the PBXs, maybe all 3 depending on your needs. However, going back and forth between the 3 might be somewhat painful. Recommend testing on yourself first.
