Changing COM reference at compiled application in

I'm using a 3rd part software's COM interface named Interop.simpackcomslvLib and this is related to program SIMPACK version 2018 and this COM is cannot isolate probably it's using some DLL's about this program.

Now i wonder is it possible when this program's newer version released like 2019 or 2020 how can i implement(remove old reference and adding new one) to my compiled application?

I dont believe this is possible but I will let other experts chime in.
To the point that you can replace a dll ...if the compilation has version conflicts in dll's you cannot compile.

That would require a recompile.
