Is it possible to create a dashed border around WinForm's panel control in vb.net

I'd like to create a dashed border with some radius on corners like picture below. I'd like to use this panel with DragDrop feature.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It will be the same as creating a shaped windows form
Here is an article on that topic

Hirendra Sisodiya created some useful examples in his article:

Once you set the region (Me.Region = New System.Drawing.Region(Tempshape)) You can redraw the dotted shape on top of it  or set a bmp as background image of your form, set the transparencykey property of your form to the background color of your bitmap.
