Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death Minidump file analysis request
Greetings wise wizards of EE:
I'm helping a friend with an aging Windows 7 HP Pavilion laptop, which began producing the dreaded Blue Screen of Death. I successfully copied the minidump file that was generated by the BSOD, from the C:\Windows\Minidump folder, which I now attach to this message.
I now request an analysis of the BSOD file; though I am grateful for all responses, I would ask for a specific analysis of the attached minidump file, rather than just general maintenance of security advice, so that I can tackle the problem directly.
My many thanks in advance,
Zovoth
