Also triggers and cursors don't go together.  Those are two separate objects that cannot be combined.  Cursors are for retrieving information, ("select..."), triggers are for processing information (insert, update or delete).

And please give us a specific example of something you have tried that you are having trouble with, or a specific business problem that you are trying to solve.  If you just give us a general question, we can only give you a general answer something like: read the documentation.
