Help in WhatApps backup
Hi,
I have noticed in the past month that the whatapps apps has not done any backup. When I look at it m, it display the same thing (see below).
When checking my cloud, it seems with enough space (see below).
Can somebody tell me what’s going on and how can I fix this?

What is your purpose of doing backup? Restore chat logs when you re-install WhatsApp in a new phone?
Actually, if you have such a large chat log, there are no ways to do iCloud backup without paying a penny to Apple.
For your information, the WhatsApp backup for my iPhone is less than 500MB (including videos).
If cloud backup is critical for you and you do not want to pay for cloud storage. you need to switch from iPhone to Android phone as the fact that...

Remove most of your chat logs to make the backup of chat logs to be less than 1GB.

WhatsApp backups no longer count towards the Google Drive storage quota.

Sorry been sick.
John, makes sense but the tool has a cost and though I can backup via iTunes, the tool can only extract not restore.
Jackie, the purpose of the backup is standard stuff, backup automatically (no changing to android here hahaha).
Anyways, I have made you guys wait long, so I will proceed to close the question. As for my problem, I guess with John recommendation I can continue look arounbd other tools free that might help (if available).

You need to purchase the next increment of iCloud space.
OR, Choose to not backup Chats (maybe not a good idea).
