Hi Zaheer

Thanks for your comment - does the server need to be restarted after the change?
First check the exchange setup logs in the C drive and see whether the exchange upgrade was successfully.

Check if there is any watermark key created in registry under location: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Exchange Server
If you restart IIS that should be ok.

Hi Saif

No errors in the update log and no watermarked Reg entries

Do you think it is worth removing that update to see if it resolves the issues as well as amending the config file

Forgot to rename the amended config file to the live one, once did, error went away - thanks Zaheer!
