I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Perhaps this can help.

If this is at the section level try working with the aggregates at the section level.

Group by.  Or perhaps you can put a custom formula at the section level if grouping by simliar values does not work.

have a look at this site on grouping .

Also check this link as it talks more about what you can do at the section.  You can supress or group based on duplicates.

But you should be able to count dups and use that as something if you need a visual.

Perhaps this link can give you some idea of how to approach.

Are you looking only for that phrase or if that particular column has the same values in a given set of records?

If you are checking if all are the same then  you can use
      DIstinctCount({YourField})

or if it in a group
     DistinctCount({YourField}, {GroupField})

If the count is 1 then all are the same
