Error when syncing QuickBooks with online banking

I have setup my capital One card account in quickbook to download transactions from my Capital One account into quickbooks, it work fine till now, as well doI have the same setup with a amax card, but since the latest quickbooks update, when I to a sync I get the following

QuickBooks depends upon .NET Framework.  Is your Windows 10 machine fully up to date. There have been recent .NET updates to Windows.

Is the company file on a Server?  Is QB Server Manager running?  Is the Server up to date with respect to .NET?

The file is on server, And the QuickBook manager is running.
I ran I Scan in the QuickBook manager it comeback that QBCFMMonitorService is not running what is fact it does

Thank you for the update.  We have seen this before.

Go to Windows Server Services (Admin Tools) and scroll down to QBFCMonitorService (Just one M) and then Restart the Service. Ensure it is running and try syncing again.

On the Server Services properties for this, under Advanced you can select After first failure, Start (Restart); After second failure, Start (Restart).

I did a restart and did not solve the issue

Service Restart did not help.

What about .NET Framework updates I suggested earlier?

Can you update QuickBooks to a more current version so that you may get Intuit Support on the issue?

I uninstalled quickbooks on the PC that I had the issue and re installed this solved the issue. Thank you
