2013 Exchange Admin Centre (EAC) Issue

Hi,
I have an issue with our Exchange Admin Centre.
When attempting configuration changes to mailboxes in EAC, running into several issues:
- The Organizational Units (OUs) are not showing up
- When clicking 'browse' to see a list of users, nothing shows up
- When attempting to run reports, getting errors
Tried with IE and Chrome.
We are running Exchange 2013 and the server has already been restarted but did not resolve the issue.

How many OUs do you have in your environment? How many users?

Users under 300 and ous under 100.

somehow exchange did not able to query AD DNS from browser quickly

check if EMS response time is fast

If yes, try adding host file entry for AD domain name and reboot the exchange server and check

check the exchange server event logs and see if there are any AD issues, and if so work to resolve.
Problem solved by replacing into this address https: // %computername% /ecp/?ExchClientVer=15
