Yes I am looking after replacing the 30 days soft-delete period by butting all mailboxes in hold and when some one leave the corporate after deleting his account it will become inactive mailbox.<br />

Have anyone tried to make Inactive Mailbox can give me the steps to do that because I am little confused from Microsoft explanation for that.<br />
<br />
I need to do so for keep the deleted Mailboxes for litigation hold 45 days before its permanently delete instead of 30 days.
