This will tell you if there really are problems with your cert or problems with some other software being used possibly requires an update to fix the problem.<br />

There've been several recent EE questions which tracked back to a problem with software version being unable to support newer clients, when newer clients only supported TLSv1.2 + TLSv1.3 protocols.<br />
