Reasonably priced phone with new features and good memory

I need something at least as powerfull as this $100 pre-paid phone from Wal-Mart, but with wireless charging capability at approximately the same price point.

LG Expressions Plus is only an entry level Android smartphone and your budget is too low for a new phone with wireless charging capability.

I can only find a refurbished one but the cost is over $100.

I am the owner of SAMSUNG S7 Edge. SAMSUNG S7 is having the same amount of memory as SAMSUNG S7 Edge. I got my  SAMSUNG S7 Edge which is a used one from a local forum for trading used items and it costs me less than $100.

Ok so this one SM-G930U does appear to have

4gb
unlocked
wireless charging
fingerprint

But the screen is downright tiny.

I need to send it back and get a larger size.

Assistance is still greatly appreciated.

Now I have a number. I'm trying to get to at least 6.01 on the screen size.  That's the Moto Z3 that a friend has. But hers does not have wireless charging.
