VPN client issues
I'm having some issues with two clients connecting to our VPN. Both are running Windows 10. We have other Windows 10 clients able to connect. It started with no warning and worked before. The VPN is setup with IPSec with preshared key. The error comes up can't connect to VPN and claims a firewall issue. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

A quick update to the issue. When changing connection to a hotspot or a different connection, the VPN client works on both problem computers.
So then a firewall issue or also try a TCP/IP reset. Look this up. I am traveling and will look in later
Also make sure the problem computer has a different subnet than the host server. The hotspot would assure a different subnet
> The error comes up can't connect to VPN and claims a firewall issue
it does indicate the issue could be Internet connection or ISP related.

this also confirms my speculation above.
moreover, technically it is also related to NAT policy of your Internet connection as some ISPs do use private IP addresses between public IP pools within their distributed networks. this will cause issues as IPsec VPN is sensitive for NAT traversal. you may TRACERT command to trace the routes from the problem VPN client to the VPN server.
