Is anyone by chance have any background with E Automate? &nbsp;One of my users is getting a MAPI error when trying to send an email from E-Automate. &nbsp;I attached the screen shot. &nbsp;They are running Outlook with O365 not sure of the version of E-EAutomate. &nbsp; No password changes have been made basic troubleshooting has been done, restart etc... &nbsp;I have a call into the vendor but perhaps maybe get an answer here. &nbsp;As always the help is appreciated.<br />

Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft, available as a part of the Microsoft Office suite. Although often used mainly as an email application, it also includes a calendar, task manager, contact manager, note-taker, journal, and web browser.

Outlook

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. Office 365 allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month. Steps often include recreating the problem and then trying alternative and creative solutions in order to fix the situation. Troubleshooting is deployed when software or hardware are rendering abnormal responses or remain unresponsive.
