Chrome significantly slower than Edge when uploading
After Microsoft ran an update last week, my internet upload speed (per spectrum.com/speedtest) declined from 11.x to 9.x. Yesterday,, Microsoft reverted me to the restore-point before the update was run. I tried disabling all Chrome extensions, but that action did not help. Spectrum (my ISP) has not found any issues.
At present time, Microsoft Edge is 11.x and Chrome 9.x. I'm pretty sure Microsoft uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome.
I need to be using Chrome for my day-to-day work.
PS-Internet Explorer exhibits similar slowness.
Any hints on resolving this issue?
Thanks.

Chrome works well so if you cannot use Edge the Chrome remains reasonable
i know you have tried disabling all Chrome extensions, but have you tried resetting Chrome to all default settings and removing all non-Google extensions?
You said, "I'd like to use Edge; but Zendesk at this point does not say they are willing to state that it's compatible."
Simple: Use Edge. If you have problems, switch to Chrome latest.

1. How would I reset Chrome to default settings?
2. Please clarify "non-Google" extensions?
Thanks.

I wouldn't be complaining except for the fact that as the beginning of the month, Chrome was 11.x.
