We are getting a Business Process error

CRM 2013 plugin issue

We are getting a Business Process error when entering information into a specific address field.  The error is below and it indicates a specific plugin.  I am trying to use the plugin profiler to debug the error but I am not getting a log file to download.

The error:

There isn't much to go on in the above. All I can see is that it is something to do with CallMuleESB,

Profiler

When an address is entered into a Registered Address, the CallMuleESB plugin is failing.  I am trying to use the Plugin Profiler to find the error but I am not getting a log file.  Where would this be located?

Hi apollo7,

When the actual error occurs, you will get an error message in browser. In that dialog, download button will be there, when you click on download, it will dump the debug profile, which then can be used to debug the plugin.

Hi Chinmay

When I trigger the error in the browser, I get the following error message:

Is this the log file I need or is there is another log file?  Note: this is an older environment and I don't see the download button next to the Profile line when I click Replay Plugin Execution                                                                                                                                              EXAMPLE: NOT THERE

It can't be debugged using a console app. I would recommend to use Profiler only. Once you get the logfile, click on the browser button you have highlighted and select the log file and you are good to go.

Chinmay, I don't think I was clear, the button circled in red does not appear.  The only download file is ErrorDetails.txt which contains the below error.  I get this on the Unexpected Error box, is the correct log file to download?

Can you try this:
Click on the three dots and select the log (the one you have posted above) file then see if that arrow appears or not

Tried this several ways, but still no down arrow.  When I click the 3 dots it opens the Debug folder (C:\TEMP\Temp\Call Mule ESB\bin\Debug)

Finally we found the root cause by debugging the plugin old school style using Visual Studio as Plugin Profiler was not working as expected.
