Search-mailbox in Exchange 2010

It seems that I can't search for any mail items with chinese chars in Subject. It doesn't return any finding. However, it works perfect on English subject. Any idea ?

My Window 10 has already added the Simiplified Chinese language.

Thx

search-mailbox -identity tonyip -searchquery "Subject:'帐户安全代码'" -EstimateResultOnly

Exchange probably needs language packs installed if you want to search in a different language. You can get the SP3 update here

Seem like I also have the same problem for those mailbox on Exchange online. Does I need to configure unicode  support for my powershell window ?

Actual, I need to delete emails based on particular subject..
Wish I could help more but Search-mailbox is not a supported command in O365. I thought you were initially asking about Exchange 2010, not Exchange online. You can try connecting to the security center with Powershell and see what commands are availablehttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exchange/office-365-scc/connect-to-scc-powershell/connect-to-scc-powershell?view=exchange-ps
