Wish I could help more but Search-mailbox is not a supported command in O365. I thought you were initially asking about Exchange 2010, not Exchange online. You can try connecting to the security center with Powershell and see what commands are available<a href="https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exchange/office-365-scc/connect-to-scc-powershell/connect-to-scc-powershell?view=exchange-ps" rel="ugc">https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exchange/office-365-scc/connect-to-scc-powershell/connect-to-scc-powershell?view=exchange-ps</a>

It seems that I can't search for any mail items with chinese chars in Subject. It doesn't return any finding. However, it works perfect on English subject. Any idea ?<br />
