The answer is no. This is a proprietary format of Storage Craft and other tools cannot open it. You have to use Storage Craft (Trial as workaround) to open them.

We are changing backup software. Coming off of StorageCraft ShadowProtect.<br />

If i archive the backup files somewhere, is there any way to access them again without an active storagecraft license?<br />

I see that storagecraft gives a free 30 day trial which could be an option in a bind, &nbsp;but is there any other process for restoring from or mounting these backup (.spf and .spi) files without storagecraft software? <br />
