Factory reset a Lenovo V330-15lbk model 81AX using NOVA button

I have a Lenovo V330-15lkb.  Windows 7 Pro.  I want to restore the computer.  I select the NOVA button on the side and then choose system recovery.  The computer boots up normal. Any ideas how to get it to restore?

Hi,

Quoted fromthe Lenovo forum:

" Make sure to do a complete shutdown from within Windows (preferred) or press and hold the power button till the system turns off, and then try the NOVO button again. On some systems, pressing F12 or Fn + F12 (and F11) at startup will get you to the boot options."

Cheers
Once started, check in Disk Management and see if the Recovery Partition is there. If it is intact, try the NOVO button again as described above.

Here is a screenshot from disk management.  Is the recovery partition there?

I meant Disk Manager (not Device Manager) Thanks for your post.

Yes, it has a Recovery Partition.  Hopefully it is working and try the special key again.  Maybe restart first.
Does not work.  I shut down the computer normally and I hit the NOVA button and it brings up an options screen.  I choose "system recovery" and all it does is boot into windows.  I have tried 5 times.

It is still under warranty.  Can I get the recovery media from the Lenovo website?
You may be able to, but I suggest calling Lenovo Support especially since under warranty,
