"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can try:

Command–Up Arrow: Move the insertion point to the beginning of the document.
Command–Up Arrow or Home: Scroll to the top-left or bottom-left corner of the page

To piggy back on Gerwin's comments, most of the time anything you would hold Ctrl for on a Windows PC you can hold CMD on a Mac to do the same function.
