Windows AD Domain user account locked by Domain controller
I have have AD Domain user account locked by domain controller with few times within daily and requested administrator to unlocked this locked status.
Checked from Widows server audit log with filter ID 4740. the user account locked by Windows 7 computer and this computer don't join to this AD domain. It stand alone computer.
Question 1 What root cause the AD domain user locked by Domain Controller?
Question 2. I used this AD domain user account to "remote desktop" a few Windows server or Windows 7 to manage they operation at same time. Is possible reason to cause this problem? I have actually need use this AD user account to other Windows server or Windows desktop through remote desktop. How to solve this problem?

1. It is Windows server 2012 apply AD domain Server
2. Custom GPO's, / Yes
3. Password complexity revised. Apply three of four password complexity requirement; upper and low letter, number, symbol with 9 character length
4. I will use user account to access other same network computer desktop by RDP which they join this same domain
5. LAN trying to RDP with this account / Yes.
6. direct from WAN / No (If I need connect to this AD Domain user, will connect Global VPN first and connect to AD domain user bu RDP
7. reset the password every 90 days
8. Password never expires = Our network policy don't allow to have "Next expires"
9. sign in unsuccessfully It seem don't have this situation. I can unlocked use same password to login again
