How to import the Domain Controller info from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2016?
I'm in the process of creating new Windows 2016 servers of my old Window 2008 Servers.
My 1st will be the Domain Controller.
What is the easiest way of making my new 2016 server the new Domain Controller and importing all of the DNS information from the 2008 server?

When properly functioning, domain controllers will automatically replicate, including DNS information. You can, and often should have multiple domain controllers.
If the domain started as 2008 R2, it should already be using DFSR for SYSVOL replication.

As others pointed out, there is no import/export, but simply elevating the 2016 member server to an additional domain controller in the environment.
The roles can then be transferred using the active directory trusts and services. Make sure to allow time for replication to fully complete.

The first thing will be... Is it really 2008 or 2008 R2... They are different, and not just upgrades.

If that's all good, then simply install the Windows 2016 operating system, join the domain and then upgrade it to domain controller functionality.
