HP C3000 Loud Fans

I have a HP Blade C3000 enclosure and the fans are increditibly loud, especially when I add a 2nd or 3r Server. How can I quiet down the fans

First thing I would suggest is update the firmware on the blades. Then update the firmware on the enclosure. That should cause the fans to slow down. They are temp based usually.
Update the firmware. It's possible that this will solve your issue.
Ensure all 6 fan bays are populated, the more fans you have the slower each one runs. If you only have 4 fans then stick to the device bay population guidelines - you can only use bays 1,2,5 and 6 with 4 fans in bays 2,4.5 and 6. Reseat the OAs, you can do that live but it really gets loud with no OA fitted.
The fans are usually loud for a reason. Definitely update firmware etc anyway but worth checking the temperature as tihs is often the reason they are running fast.

If they aren't blocked and airflow is good check the ambient temp, and the temp of air coming out of the C3000.
