Meeting Problems after migrating to office-365

We have a Client, using SBS 2011 and Exchange 2010.

After migrating to office-365 and connecting the AD via Azure AD Connect to office365, we have the following Problem.

We migrated all Mailbox-Data using a Cutover Migration Batch.

These Users rely heavily on Outlook Calendar information and often schedule a outlook meeting and invite external and internal e-mail adresses to those appointments.

When we try to change an Appointment Info and update all Attendants, the user gets an error message:

Is this normal behaviour?

What can we do to test further?

We already tried giving "SendAs" Permissions to solve this Problem, but I think thats unrelated.

Maybe you can suggest some further analysis methods
