What type of usb is this picture
It looks like it may be a transmitter for a wireless keyboard or mouse.
Definitely wireless of some kind as it has a FCC ID on it.

It's a bluetooth dongle.
What is on the other side?
Can't quite make out the FCC ID from the photo so can't look it up.
Can you take a couple more screenshots as the one is not definitive.
What does it do when you plug it in (use a different computer if you can).
Bluetooth and Wireless will show up as connecting. USB will show up as adding a folder or drive (quite different)
So please let us know what it does

Andy,
In Device manager if you see the device is not installed properly
1. Right-click it select properties
2. Select Details tab - Property (click the dropdown and select Hardware Ids)
3. Right-Click the first line and copy and paste it in to Google and it may find the actual device and drivers on the web

Thank u all.
More likely came with a bluetooth headset rather than a mouse as it says Marvell on it.
It's "Maxell," Andy.
This is the spec sheet from FCC
