Lync Skype - conversation history
Hi Experts,
when we setup outlook with the onmicrosoft.com account, then we can see a problem with lync and skype.
The conversation history is not present.
Do you know a way to edit the outlook profile to get back the conversation history ?

ASKER
1. Completely exit out of Outlook and Skype for Business
2. Browse to: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppD
3. Delete the contents of this folder (it'll contain a bunch of sip_ folders)
4. Open the credential manager, click the Windows Credentials tab and then locate and delete any reference to MicrosoftOffice16
5. Re-launch Outlook and Skype for Business. Sign in to Skype for Business
6. Conversation history should now work.
