I would never upgrade. &nbsp;Upgrading is a HORRIBLE idea. &nbsp;No upgrade can ever be as stable as a clean install. Add new servers. &nbsp;You're virtualized - this should be easy. &nbsp;You're asking a question of how to do something that no one I know of would ever do, so I don't think you're going to get reliable answers.

I want to upgrade only the Operating system to windows 2016 standard. So please recommend the best practice to upgrade the OS.
