We are not able web URL from remote site

Hi Team,

We are facing issue with one of our web URL it configured in IIS & Apache Tomcat on (windows server 2012 R2)

While accessing the URL the web portal is not getting open. we are trying to do IIS restart it work sometime but now it is not working.

we have checked the connectivity from remote site the Ping & Telnet is happening.

Below are the URL.

htpp://192.168.207.36:7070/omni/login.do

we also trying access http://192.168.207.36:7070/omni in that we are getting welcome screen.

Hi,

Your IP address is a private IP address you will need to change it for a public one.
Private IP address is only for local network.

You may want to check dyndns.com to subscribe to a dynamic DNS service...

Hi,

Thank you very much for the update. Yes, it is private address, because it is connection between our Server & Client over MPLS. The issue is intermittent, sometimes it works. We have Apache Tomcat Web Server at our end, which is accessed by our client remotely over MPLS. When client hits the URL on browser all network devices in between shows that packets are flowing correctly. However web page does not open & it shows error of connection reset. The Web Server calls for .jsp images which does not get downloaded & cached at client machine. If we restart the Server, it works for a day & again gives problems next day. It is something to do with session or stack overflow (not sure). Need help in identifying the issue & resolution of the same.

Maybe this is because the IP changed, try with a static IP
or the DNS changed
