How to install various updates to machines via SCCM 2012
I am pretty new to SCCM 2012 and l have been tasked with deploying various machine updates which are in the attachment below. I want to be create a package with all the updates and only deploy the updates to machines that already have the software installed and not to those that don't. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

It is a xlsx and not a xlsm and basically just xml
Here's a VirusTotal scan if it helps

If you are talking OS patching (I don't want to open XLS from random people so haven't checked your list), then start with a video:
https://setupconfigmgr.com/how-to-deploy-software-updates-using-microsoft-sccm
It's straight-forward enough but go slowly. If you are a beginner I recommend buying a good book and watching more of Justin's videos. It is a massive product that can be career making but also career ending (if you do the wrong thing). If you haven't already, get your employer to give formal training (if possible).
For Windows 10 I see MS have new methods as well:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/waas-manage-updates-configuration-manager
You didn't mention the target OS, but the method outlined by Justin works on all OSes. W10 just has an extra way.
