MDT will no longer generate catalog files for Unattended.XML

ERROR: Unable to generate catalog on J:\DeploymentShare\Operating Systems\WS2K12R2-F\Sources\install.wim: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.ComponentStudio.ComponentPlatformImplementation, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
