I need to get a list of patches/updates (esp security ones) for Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS (versions 6 &amp;&nbsp;7)<br />
and Alpine Linux (can't recall the version currently) &nbsp;with the dates they're installed/updated.<br />

The following command (&amp; CentOS 'rpm -qa') doesn't give the dates &amp;&nbsp;appears to give the dates the<br />
&nbsp;packages are installed, not when they are patched:<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;grep installed /var/log/dpkg.log
